We are trying something new this year!
The forms listed on the left are the traditional camp forms. You print the form on your printer and then manually fill them out and mail them in.
The forms listed on the right are interactive forms (which are supported by Adobe Reader). These forms have input fields allowing you to type your information directly on the form (use the Tab key to advance to the next field). Once you have completed the form you can print the form on your printer, add the appropriate signatures and mail it in to the address listed on the form. You should also save a copy of the completed form on your computer for future reference. If you have multiple campers, open the first saved form and change only the information unique to that camper. Wow -- what a time saver! [If you have difficulty using the new interactive forms, then please just print the traditional forms (on the left) and use them.]
No matter which forms you use, they still need to be mailed to the address on the forms because we cannot accept emailed or faxed forms. Don't mail the forms if it is within two weeks of the event -- just bring them to the event registration.
